At Revealry, we want you to be happy with what arrives. If an order is not right for you, the return process below is short and there are no tricks in it.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your order reaches you to request a return.
Condition
Send items back unused and as they arrived, in the original packaging, with every tag, accessory and included material still with them.
Easy Returns
A member of our support team stays with you from the first email to the refund, so you are never guessing what happens next.

This return and refund policy covers purchases made within the United States.
Return Costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
You pay nothing. Where an item is faulty, damaged on its way to you, or simply not what you ordered, Revealry covers the cost of sending it back.
Customer Remorse
Where the size is wrong, the item is not what you expected, or you have changed your mind, the return shipping is yours to cover. Shipping fees already paid are not refundable.
Restocking Fee
Revealry charges no restocking fee of any kind.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email: support@revealry.com with your order number and what is wrong with the item.
Package Your Product
Put the item back into its original packaging along with the tags, accessories and anything else that came in the parcel.
Send It Back
Your return authorization email carries the instructions and the address. Follow them and send the parcel to the address we give you.
Refund Process
Inspection
We check the item against the conditions above as soon as it reaches us.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds go out within 7 business days. Allow up to 7 business days beyond that for the money to show on the payment method you used, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Wanting a different size, colour or product is straightforward. Write to Email: support@revealry.com and our team will sort it out with you.
Non-Returnable Items
A small number of items cannot come back to us for reasons of hygiene, safety or the type of product. Any item in that group is marked as non-returnable on its own product page before you buy.
